-It’s funny to see that CEO doesn’t approve any of the bad reviews in glassdoor and i will not be surprised if this review does not get approved also. By this, you can already guess how narrow minded people are in the management. - To so called Directors, you act like dictators and always blaming someone to cover your messes, not taking any responsibilities. -No proper SOP and everything is within their mouth and they can overrule anything. - If you cannot get close with them, be ready to get bias, selfish words , finger pointing by those directors and dont touch any of those employees close to them. If not, you will be the main target to be discriminating , shaming , tearing you apart in meetings. - To so called managers, you cannot expect people to learn everything without proper handover and documentation and cannot expect things happened before to be covered by the new people.Managers would not even care/ fight for their direct reports. - No mentor , everything is on your own. - Exhausting working hours, Early hours (4am-7am )deployment and they expect you to come to office next day. - Even in your annual leaves and vacation, be ready to annoyed by the company and totally no boundaries at all. They would even interrupt and call you for work. - If someone resigns, no replacement at all and people have to share that workload gap and expect you to adapt within 1/2 months - To HR, apart from issues statements and funny rules to make you looks good for Management what else can you do. -This is a tech company , not a kinder garden, and HR, you are not a CCTV security for the company , take a deep look and care for the employees that the labor laws are enforced accordingly. Even if the management enforces something deviating from labour laws , it is your only job to advice and reject not to issue meaningless rules. - For those wondering out there what it means by funny rules, Hr issued even for toilet rules like you cannot be in toilet for more than xxx minutes and they expect you to be present at your desk atleast 7:30 hours , if not you will be red line highlighted like you missed attendance percentage in high school. - Bonus point, after 1 year, you will get mental breakdown and be ready to book appointment with psychiatrist!

• Almost all technical management, including C-level executives, lack both technical and non-technical skills. They don’t even know how to motivate or lead teams effectively. • There have been many resignations recently, and the company fails to appreciate the remaining employees who are working under heavy pressure. • Employees are leaving without following the proper resignation process. • After the recent management changes, HR has become unfriendly and unhelpful. • Despite having many international employees, HR is only friendly and supportive toward local staff. • Some actual leaders don’t even hold junior management positions. • The new management doesn’t know how to treat employees properly, even though they use sugar-coated words every month. • The company has cut existing benefits (such as reimbursements) while constantly increasing the workload.
