There’s a reason 2W Tech has no presence on Glassdoor. The owner plays “mayor of Epicor” while the family runs the place—his son acting as maintenance man and hatchet man, and his wife doubling as HR/accounting. The building is barely habitable half the year with no heat or AC, and whatever “leadership” exists is either nepotism or bootlickers who think public berating counts as management. Their sales team averages thirty days before the son runs them out, mostly because he doesn’t even grasp the basics—like calling a customer back.
