Minpunten
Although they always stress work-life balance, lots of last-minute tasks to do and had to deal with people from other departments in the organisation. Especially the management staff, can be quite demanding at times. The work culture seemed good at the beginning but after worked a longer time, the treatments of and by different people can be seen obviously. Changes of the organization policies happened quickly and without prior notice, which can shock you, likely because the some staff took advantage of the loopholes.
