i thought it was laid back but ambitious. I loved working there.

It's a huge company and deals with those issues. I wished it was less "old" feeling sometimes and more nimble but that's to be expected.

Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
