Field staff required to work 12-18 hrs a day, and 7 days a week if subs want to work or there's a weather delay. - PMs will call you at all hours of the night Constant Teams meetings for absolutely anything. - Fuel and expense reimbursement is slow. Have to remind them constantly. - No job trailers. Work out of your truck. - Claim to be Christians. Treat field staff like 2nd class citizens. - Many subs refuse to do any work for them. Slow pay. Impossible schedules. - Shortcuts taken on every phase of work.
