Flexible you can call off whenever without consequences

Minpunten

People call off almost every day and there is no consequences. No consistency in staffing for kids at all, and BCBAs do not treat kids kindly!!! Work somewhere else and find better places for the children

Supervisors are almost always available for support, Schedulers try to give you your requested weekly hours, Biweekly all staff meetings, Teams communication makes it easy to get in touch with staff/ supervisors

Minpunten

No advancement opportunities, Very cliquey culture, Supervisors seem to turn a blind eye to some staff behavior/ practices which is concerning in a clinical setting. Consistent scheduling and true 40 full time scheduling is not guaranteed given client cancellations. Overtime not available. Very prone to burn out given the nature of the job.
