Can be a highly toxic environment, but that depends on your team. When I interviewed, I was told it was hybrid the first month and then would switch to a remote model. After signing the Umowa o praca contract, the hiring manager changed me to 3 days hybrid. Ironically, he was remote, living in Salamanca, Spain when there is no office located. To make matters worse, when I resigned, the Poland Country HR decided to be petty and refuse to provide a employee certificate including scope of work details, in an attempt to sabotage my onboarding for the new employer.
