Upon hiring you immediately feel like you are part of a family - which means you get the good with the bad. You don't always get along with your family but you are there for each other and a team at the end of the day. You will never get bored here. There are always opportunities to be creative. You get to work with a wide variety of clients that span across all different industries.

Tempers can run short among staff and management. Expectations are high because so are our clients'. There is always room for improvement in communication (like with any organization). But if you set a high bar for yourself to begin with you will do fine here.

I really enjoyed the people I worked with in my day to day. The office has a good sense of humor, as long as you have a thick skin. The clients are varied which keeps the job on your toes. I felt challenged at this company which most days I could appreciate, but other days it took its toll. I learned a lot at this company and it helped develop my skills in marketing. But, I learned it all myself and take credit for my own initiative - don’t expect any sort of training.

This job was terrible for my mental and physical health. I had high blood pressure (which has since improved at my new position) and didn’t realize how burned out I was until I left. Granted - it’s a small company and everyone has to pull their weight. However, the work could definitely be spread across a few new hires (if they can keep them). The communication at this company really took its toll. Childish antics from management - like declining meeting requests without a formal notification or even hurling insults about an entire department within hearing distance of said department were the norm. If you work here, get in to learn the business and then get out! Don’t fall prey to empty promises and false prophets.
