- gives you experience if you've just qualified.

Minpunten

- staff like to gossip - management likes to think everyone is a family but could not be further from the truth. - parents come first not their children and certainly not you as an employee. - it's a business.

Support and Training quite good for learning centre Work with lots of other English Teachers Decent materials and prep time is minimal

Minpunten

Salary is too low after a couple years Teaching the same material can get boring Working Saturdays

Pluspunten

Friendly atmosphere, Supportive, wonderful admin and supervisors. Regular performance reviews so you can see where you can improve. A lot of space to develop your own style of teaching and even get involved in designing your own courses. All the teachers are willing to give you advice if you need help.

Minpunten

There can be a lot of gossip. After a while it can be quite repetitive and salary is apparently based on how many children you teach (which you can't really help...)
