      None, I have nothing nice to say about working here but helping the clients was the only reason I stayed longer than I should have.

      Managment is toxic, its sad when you have a business run by women of color you get chaos and micromanagement. I've been unprofessionally handled when communicating my needs, been disencouraged to give feedback when theres a problem. The owner for personal reasons has blocked my work from even seeing clients so there was no choice but to quit and look for work elsewhere. No one stays longer than a few months. Pay was poor just as the expereince.

      Flexible hours and you're able to work your own schedule. You also have nice co workers. Good relationships with clients and families that you are assigned to.

      Very unprofessional leadership! The structure of the company is not organized at all. The leadership for the company are for themselves and they benefit from lying to their workers and insurance companies to keep the company financially stable. They reel you in with false hope and lies which will have you thinking that you will benefit and become greater with the company by changing lives but once you start working there you will see that you were being sold lies and dreams. The turn around rate for this company is unbelievable because people are constantly quitting in search for better opportunities. No morale at this place! The adults that work there are ridiculous.
