Its very much a case of signing up new IBOs to make any substantial money! The products might sound great, but the return from selling products is very minimal. In order to be successful with ACN you need to be ruthless and not care about who you sign up or your relationship with said person. They are simply a pawn to increase your commission. More IBOs you sign up the better the return To be successful you need to have the gift of the gab. The sell new/potential IBOs are given is very convincing....but if it was so easy to make money wouldn't everyone be doing it!?

Good peer group for support on any task that needs to be done. Employees are really kind to each and easy to work with.

Company has been making cuts everywhere to stay afloat for several years now. Management doesn't invest in employee growth. No work life balance. No matter how fast you work, you're told it should have been done faster. Company now has multiple employee reviews per year designed to put pressure on employees to perform. Layoffs are consistent with no warning whatsoever. We're told that everything is fine, yet good employees are caught off guard and laid off.
