Misleading visiting professionals. No consistency with regards to rules, structure, or interventions. Staff not cared for or valued.

There are supportive staff who do work hard and genuinely care about their teams.

A lot of nepotism goes on, and there are colleagues who will bully you if you don't fit in. Toxic leadership and lack of development if you don't fit into a clique. Some people will try to throw you under the bus if they can get away with it.
