The company’s management fostered an extremely toxic environment characterized by manipulation, hypocrisy, and a refusal to accept or act on constructive feedback. Despite clear opportunities for improvement, leadership consistently dismissed employee input, creating a culture of frustration and stagnation. Most positions of power were held by men who often talked down to others, operating with an air of superiority that was both demeaning and demoralizing.
