At this point I hope somebody pays attention to what I have written in the cons

Minpunten

management conducted leadership survey. Feedback was supposedly anonymous but my manager wasn't a sport. After getting some feedback that wasn't what was expected, this manager set up 1:1 meeting to ask who gave negative feedback. This is bullying. I really hope HR sees this request and does something about. Such immature managers who have no idea about how to lead.
