Pluspunten

1. They are into unique business of Taxation, Payroll Processing, HCM (not fully) - except couple of competitors noting much they have to worry. 2. They have their own world to play and deliver the stuff - no matter what is happening outside! 3. Flexible Working Hours in some line of business 4. US Staff (Technology) is highly focused and smart

Minpunten

1. Exceptionally thick reporting structure 2. Feels like Govt Organization 3. They have lot of HR policies but just couple of are employee - friendly 4. Pay is less compare to industry 5. Advanced Technology Stack but Internal Business is not bother about it! they are happily married to Excel sheets, Macros etc 6. Lot of noise but no tangible / productive results 7. They are trying very hard to become Product based company but the DNA of the old employees are coming in-between 8. One can easily sense the Discrimination in the working culture!

Pluspunten

Employees can dress in normal day to day clothing as long as it is tactful, events all month on-site such as the Farmers market . Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office and 2 days remote Self-service coffee and cappuccino bat and beautiful break and recharge rooms.

None at all. I love my job.
