Doctor on site, nice coworkers, you’ll be able to pay your bills

Minpunten

You will be over worked and under paid for what you’re doing. Annual increases are slim in implementation. There isn’t enough support. The job is very stressful. There are endless demanding timelines. If you want to take a few days off it may get approved, but the work will still be there piling up and clients freaking out. There is a huge work life balance issue. We joke around about a spouse support club because everyone’s SO wants them to find a new job. Retention rate for the entire building is roughly 25% (a senior individual told me this) and for implementation FAR less.

Pluspunten

Employees can dress in normal day to day clothing as long as it is tactful, events all month on-site such as the Farmers market . Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office and 2 days remote Self-service coffee and cappuccino bat and beautiful break and recharge rooms.
