Pluspunten

You will gain a lot of experience quickly due to the workload there. Well known name so it is to your advantage when you leave.

Minpunten

Not professional, at all. The company as a whole is fine, however the El Paso locations are not recommended to work at. If you can work remote then take that option. Managers and co-workers intentionally create hostile environments to work in with little to no repercussions to deal with. Peers are more concerned with gossip than they are with their role within the company. the training program is not up to date and does not prepare you for your role. You will be trained in products that you will not use, or in areas that you will not encounter on a daily basis.

Pluspunten

Employees can dress in normal day to day clothing as long as it is tactful, events all month on-site such as the Farmers market . Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office and 2 days remote Self-service coffee and cappuccino bat and beautiful break and recharge rooms.
