For other events sometimes employees need to spend money from their own pockets to cover for expenses. The older generations would be content with this type of recognition but the younger generations will have an eye out for the better opportunity and not be invested in their role or growth at ADP
- With the way they are treating their clients and employees, in the long term, it’s only going to be downhill from here. The way they’re handling business is extremely short term, very focused on just quarters and a year or two
- Some of the softwares used are extremely outdated and very unintuitive. It makes doing things more difficult than it needs to be
- They will significant cut your bonus if you don’t meet office attendance policy
- Compensation needs to be better considering the workload
