Does not value employees and all decisions stem from that perspective. In the recent merger, senior executives focused on closing the books as completing the merger while systems struggle to be properly integrated, creating employee frustration, and there is no effort to onboard or integrate teams from across the companies. There is zero change management efforts. High turnover with little or no processes. Environment promotes silos and limited collaboration or teamwork. Lots of "fire drill" work without meaningful impact. Management is not concerned about employee morale or work quality, only cost cutting and looking good.
