Worked for a family owned company for over a decade in the Tampa Bay area. It truly felt like family and a place you'd like to work forever. Company was always voted one of the best places to work in the area. AFS purchased the company and fired 10% of staff day 1, promised no further layoffs and then fired another 10% 2 months later. Moved lots of work offshore to a untrained staff. Many great employees left for better positions taking tons of knowledge with them. AFS chose not to replace the great talent leaving more work for the rest of us. We could no longer provide the level of service that our customer's required and they began leaving one by one ... resulting in more layoffs. AFS has created a great plan to destroy a company and leave exhausted / unhappy employees in their wake. Stay away from this toxic place - you've been warned.
