Awesome pay and benefits.You will be financially set if you are in management.

Minpunten

You sell your soul to your store.The workload can cause staff moral issues.The expectations are unrealistic.Associates have 30 minuets to stock pallets of merchandise stacked 6 feet tall.This causes some to start working unsafe damaging store fixtures or/and themselves and also causes merchandise rotation issues as they rush to stock the shelves.

Great pay Hours were always there The manager at my location is a rare gem. Never had a boss quite like him. Everyone I worked with became like my family.

EXTREMELY physically demanding. I injured myself multiple times while I worked there.

+ industry leading wages Associates - $12/hr, Shift Mgr - $16/hr, SMT - $23/hr, Store Manager - $75,000+/yr + great work environment + excellent training + health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k + 40-50 hr/wk with paid overtime Very fast paced so work hours fly by. I loved working at Aldi. The pay was great! Benefits great! Was training to be a store manager so a lot was expected of me but I was totally up for it. My store manager loved my work, associates loved my fairness, customers loved me.

+ work/life balance + walked 28,000 steps/day!!! Never thought I would be fired for clocking in only minutes late!!
