The pay is great. Properly trained shift managers make your job a lot easier. Good benefits. With a good DM, you can have control of your store and hours.
Minpunten
Pay is so good, it is hard to leave. They keep increasing productivity while also increasing the difficulty of the job. Job has completely changed from 5 years ago. Lack of reasonable understanding with upper management. They don't care about any input from store managers who along with cashiers are the backbone of the company and knwo operations and customers better than anyone in a suit.
