One of the worst work environments you can ask for. Make sure to read the employee handbook before accepting a job here. Your contract for what you’re hired for is not applicable, you won’t see a bonus and be prepared to travel 75% of the time with low budget accommodations (motels & public transportation).
The CEO micro manages you every step of the way, but at the same time is not involved in the day to day business and operations. You’ll be lucky if he answers an email or phone call.
As a result of poor leadership the company is very unorganized, discourages internal communication and doesn’t have the proper structure to support the business leaving your customers frustrated and constantly upset. If you’re in sales, be prepared to manage accounts payable and finances for your customers as well because they don’t have an AP team.
The US CEO is condescending, undermining and misogynistic. Unwilling to listen to his customers or employees.
Overall, I would never recommend working here under the current leadership.
