      Personeel dat het programma via veel leveranciers aanbiedt, de mogelijkheid om andere producten tegen groothandelsprijzen te kopen en veel geweldige mensen om mee samen te werken.

      Minpunten

      De vorige eigenaren verkochten in augustus 2023 en de nieuwe eigenaar is een nachtmerrie. Als hij op kantoor is, loopt iedereen op eieren. Hij praat met niemand, behalve via Teams. Er is geen smalltalk over je weekend of aankomende evenementen. Je bent voor hem gewoon een werknemer en niets meer. Hij laat je snel weten dat hij je loonstrookje ondertekent, dus doe wat hij zegt. Hij zegt graag dat hij feedback wil horen, maar luistert vervolgens niet en negeert alle feedback die hij geeft en gebruikt het tegen je in je één-op-één-gesprekken. Hij had in Seattle moeten blijven, waar hij thuishoort.

      Dit gaat overduidelijk over het verkeerde bedrijf. Geen kantoor in Seattle. Geen enkel kantoor. Het bedrijf is niet in augustus 2023 verkocht. Geen mannelijke eigenaar. Eerlijk gezegd klinkt dit bedrijf als een eikel... blij dat wij dat bedrijf niet zijn.

      Ondanks talloze herinneringen en verzoeken van Glassdoor, identificeert Glassdoor niet het juiste bedrijf met deze pagina. Deze pagina is een verzamelnaam voor elk bedrijf met de naam "aloha" wereldwijd en mag op geen enkele manier als nauwkeurig worden beschouwd.

      Pluspunten

      Office is pretty (but falling apart). Location is near Union Square. Free lunch on Friday (if you can get any/like to eat seeds & leaves). Filtered water in pantry? It's also maybe impressive that this company has survived for so long despite being such a mess for so long?

      Minpunten

      Everyone is miserable. The leadership team behaves like children fighting for the attention of an under-qualified and absent father. So they lie and they demean everyone else around them. There are mentally questionable people in the company who are decision-makers. The gender politics of senior management are disgusting, with the men being misogynist and the women a disgrace to feminism. The products themselves have constant quality issues and complications. The founder constantly raises funds for the unscrupulous purpose of forcing people into free trial subscriptions that they do not want. You will feel like a lesser version of yourself by working here. You will hate humanity and lose hope in life. You will be overworked for the empty purpose of a terrible business model within poor organization and culture. Do not join. If you are an employee, quit.
