The majority of the managers are way too young to be in such positions. They don't know how to help their team grow, and they rather fire people than giving them an opportunity to become better. The company says they're data-driven, but there is absolutely no clear strategy for anything that is being done. Very short-term vision projects by top management, which is by the way family-run, so nepotism at its finest, which explains why it's also impossible to grow. Lack of transparency, lack of room for feedback, projects that are being killed because there is no consistency or proper project management, many lost opportunities and no long-term vision.
