The other staff, makes the work bearable. Mostly quite close knit in each department. Possibly a stepping stone for those looking for a further career in Analytical Lab Work

Minpunten

Many tests in Conwy site only applicable to the Conwy lab and not used in other analytical labs so hard to transfer experience. Progression is limited and wages are shocking with 'North Wales wages' seeming to be the excuse. ('Lab techs' paid less than supermarket staff)
