Poor salary for the position and responsibilities. No salary rise, very rare promotions. Very little training, no personal development, you are very likely to stuck in the same position for years. No respect for people. No any gratification for experienced and well trained employees causes loosing valuable people. When people leave, they mostly are not replaced, their duties are distributed among others. Poor management, tries to save money on equipment and consummables, so the Quality of testing is worse and worse, nowadays it is more about quantity than quality. Lab equipment is old, often breaks down causing frustration.
