Pluspunten
Decent pay. A good place to start your career but I would strongly advise against staying for more than a year. Co-workers are great but anyone in a managerial position is extremely cutthroat and prone to constant backstabbing their counterparts and subordinates.
Minpunten
Top-down management style with nepotism at the core of the company. Long story short the VP is the nephew of the President. The CEO is merely a figurehead and the spouse of the president (the one who holds real power). The work culture is very toxic and do not expect to be promoted unless you decide to throw your morals away or if you are related to the family. Most if not all managerial positions are held by family members. Read between the lines and see the red tape that is littered throughout the company.
