Low Ball offers are common, compared to competitors, pay is very low. With the cost of living in UK, no real benefit to move here from abroad. Lower quality of work, Work Flows are outdated, lot of middle management

Inspirational that it came back to power .

Mid-level management is very bad. Lot of PMTS roles. Of which majority lack technical knowledge. They are just talking talking with zero technical contribution and wasting time for other employees. Cut down the meetings too. Random call requests from Mid-Level managers who are PMTS, SMTS via IMs and they tend to run for longer duration with less to no technical discussion
