Lack of consistent profitability and financial performance has lead to a low company stock price, eroding employee benefits, and low company morale. Recently there have been a few rounds of layoffs that weren't conducted in the best way with some level of pre-announcement and then a delay of action with the layoffs (bad for morale during the period of waiting).
