Lots of opportunities to improve Get in a good group and do not have to work all that much If you are a woman esp. with young children, it is the place to work for. Nice new building to work in AMD work culture is famous for its "laid back" policy

Senior management/leadership No fair promotion Team members work only in silo's No equal workload distribution No focus my management. Most of the senior managers are AMD lifers and are waiting for the tide to turn against Intel. I do not think they have the same urgency as the low level analyst do. They have made their money But the problem is not Intel, it is AMD
