As an intern, they have you working on real projects, but the supervisors are careful not to overload you with too much work. They do a great job of knowing your capabilities. They also teach you a great deal. The company has a really culture built around their brand, and the founder's family still plays a vital role through out the company. It's also not a "grimy" place to work.
Minpunten
There are definitely a lot of seasoned vets in upper management that will probably never quit. At the same time, the middle management is huge, so it's not like they won't ever promote you.
