Management is very knowledgeable of the job and offers great advice, always are very helpful and encouraging. They help you realize your full potential and are always trying to assist you in achieving it. Co-workers are typically very knowledgable as well. Employees are encouraged to work as a team and help each other out, as well as shine as an individual. Scheduling is very flexible. Overall pretty satisfied with the job so far.

As expected, the job itself is not for everyone, it's somewhat difficult to endure day to day. Customers can be incredibly difficult, and the environment is typically pretty stressful. Training was incredibly intense, and personally caused me to somewhat panic because I was always being told what I could do that would get me fired. The company is pretty strict about how the run their business, and management has no problem telling you that if you don't follow by the rules, you won't be there for very long.
