- Workplace culture can vary significantly between projects, with some teams experiencing office politics and favoritism. - Employee concerns and feedback are not always handled professionally or constructively. - Perceived favoritism in promotions and role assignments has negatively impacted morale within certain teams. - Decision-making can appear centralized, leaving employees feeling that their perspectives are not adequately considered. - In a project led by Deepit Monga, reporting structures and role responsibilities are unclear, creating confusion and frustration among team members. A team lead level person is managing the entire floor including managers just because of favorism. - Employees feel hesitant to raise concerns due to fear of negative consequences, which can discourage open communication and this has happened in our project with a lot of employees and there is clear retaliation by the senior manager - If I get a good job, i would leave this company immediately even if they would offer me a promotion or salary hike. - Very toxic environment here in AML Rightsource

-good experience with a variety of clients -potential for good managers -possible work from home

Minpunten

-clients can be demanding and managers usually won’t have a backbone to fight for their employees -micromanaging is usually the case in most instances -if a client sucks, you simply have to deal with it without any managers helping you.
