I am fairly new to AMR so I probably lack an in depth review, but I was at Care Ambulance San Diego before and AMR is a huge step up.

Minpunten

Being part of the Rural Metro side with this merge going on has created a mess when it comes to trying to contact someone about an issue

Healthcare/EMS can be demanding, long hours at times, stressful days, and workload can be heavy depending on staffing and operations. These things aren’t specific to AMR, that’s our industry in general.

AMR San Mateo is making huge strides in changing the Old Boy culture of EMS. The operation is collaborative, cares for its employees, and acts with accountability.

Minpunten

Although it's much better than it was, AMR San Mateo still deals with staffing issues, primarily for medics, and forced mandation is still in play.
