It possesses both an office culture and production culture, but the higher executives work to mesh these two together. The company hosts bi-annual parties to celebrate the workers and their efforts over the course of the year.

Many benefits and policies have been in a state of change since the purchase of AMT by Innophos, and joined a group of other smaller companies.
