Too many people in Management. Too many cooks spoil the broth. Too many Engineers screwing in the same light bulb creates disasters. A lot of talk about future goals but not enough of getting there lately. The Lease prepayment market appears overly saturated super competitve and the commissions are getting smaller and smaller. New sales employees are being brought on false expectations of what they will make if they only made over 100 to 120 calls a day which is eaiser said than done. There is also no transparency with the commissions as it is constantly being negotiated by the layers of management. The marketing campaigns are haphazard and there is little follow hrough to completion. AP their parent company is focused mostly on much higher IRR than most in the industry will currently sustain so they lose a lot of business. Since their hands are tied by AP(their primary Investor) The CEO is running around protaste trying to rais investment money through other avenues to no avail so far.
