The staff and management went out of their way to make me feel welcome and provide sufficient training and resources to allow me the opportunity to learn and be better at my job. My co-workers were very knowledgeable and more than willing to collaborate on projects. Management (Michael Baum) was one of the best managers I've ever had. Super knowledgeable and always had time to guide and instruct. The team was always fun to work with. Snacks provided daily. Lunch provided every Wednesday. Pet friendly. (Mike has the most awesome girl Sephira) Access to detailed knowledge base. Comprehensive and detailed training program. Comfortable and relaxing working atmosphere. If you're new to IT or have years of experience, you are welcome here. The restructuring and expansion to the support team have worked well in my opinion and I am confident that Relyenz / Chartec / AARC will do very well.
Minpunten
There are no "Cons" to working here aside from personal drawbacks. 1) 1.5 hour drive in traffic. 2) The air conditioning sometimes worked too well. I don't have anything that I consider "Cons" to say here.
