Pluspunten
I've read some of the negative reviews on ARYZTA, and they are entirely contradictory to my personal experience. While there is work to be done, it is manageable. The environment is collegial, professional, and experienced; co-workers are more than willing to team together in completing projects. More importantly, senior management emphasizes its strong support in the personal development of its employees. This is truly a company where you will be expected to contribute to the company's goals, yet you will also learn and grow. ARYZTA has ambitious goals for the future, and it is an exciting time to be a part of that growth. In terms of perks, benefits are great. Medical, vision, and dental benefits are in line with most companies' benefits nowadays, and the vacation and 401K benefits are generous. As mentioned in other reviews, there is also a perk of free bread and sampling of products. Lastly, one of the reviews mentioned that no one is allowed to take vacation. Again, this is not in line with my personal experience, as management has encouraged employees to take care of themselves and take time off when necessary.
Minpunten
The company is still relatively young, and processes are still being put in place and perfected. If you come from a larger company, you may be used to more structure. However, the company is continuing to develop its internal processes and organization, which will likely improve over time.
