They give you a discount card that's decent but will interrogate you at any opportunity. Some regulars always nice to you. Some nice colleagues but a lot moan but do nothing to change it so its like a soap opera a lot.

Constant stressful working environment. Ever wondered why you walk in and all colleagues especially team leads have bright red faces looking like they're about to walk out? Management never seen or make decisions and when they did if it was the wrong one they'd backtrack anyway and blame others. In the time i worked there not once saw GSM or my manager make a decent decision. Nobody understands how a contract works or your legal rights. Always offer things such as contract increases just to straight up lie or backtrack on them, anyone actually relying on a job for mortgages or anything just forget it they want you on 8 hour contracts doing 40 hours a week just to tell you they don't have the hours contract wise makes total sense i know.
