Looks good in the beginning, normal working hour, not much of overtime required(for most departments). Some people are really nice and helpful

When you start to work with various department, you will start to realize most people here are not responsible on their task. Most staffs here like to draw lines and trying to push responsible to other departments. They rather spend time arguing about who to do rather than what to do. For someone who like to get a job done perfectly, this is definitely a bad working environment
