People will made up their mind against you without knowing actual situation based on one sided story. Too much politics. My Experience people are not helpful. Keeps you rolling and rolling via emails. Once you are in their bad list will never get any other opportunity to work again with them. No carrier growth. Biased performance evaluation. Salary raise is not good.
