Been with ASML for over ten years now, in many different roles. Mode of operation used to be: 'guys, this is what our priorities are. Just do whatever it takes to make progress, and ask for help when you need it'. Everyone would naturally find their role in a team, and managers would actively reach out to support their team members. That is long gone however. Now, there is only BS talk about 'visibility', 'high performing teams', 'agile', and 'diversity'. Because everyone is pushed to be 'visible' and a 'leader', collaboration between people has hit rock bottom. It is unclear to most, what managers are actually doing, other than have meetings amongst themselves and look at KPIs. It is such a shame, but I guess this is one of the consequences of the exponential growth the company has seen.
