Pluspunten

Some of the people you work around are ok, but the management was poorly run.

Minpunten

Being yelled at constantly by consumers due to product not being delivered or being faulty. Management was never available to escalate calls. Tech support was overrun and would try to push it back on you to rectify technical issues which you weren't trained to handle.

Great people and environment. Location is convenient. Lots of company sponsored events.

Minpunten

No advancement opportunities. Company is very acquisition heavy but horrible with cross functional communication. Lots of surprises.

Lots of opportunity for growth, very interesting product, most of the staff are very helpful and like to share their knowledge.

Minpunten

Lack of training and documentation of processes but improving. Disconnect between Swedish and US economic factors.
