Much smaller company than you'd think: only about 15 full time employees. Team is not proactive. Upper management needs a lot of training. Favouritism. Benefits are not great. Not allowed to work from home without a good reason. Dishonest during interview process and to their clients. Procrastination and lack of organization and attention to detail from upper management.
