Upward and lateral mobility opportunities to grow or change career in a way that best suites your skills and desires, Career development is prioritized through coaching program and AXIA library carefully procured and developed resources. Stewardship is not only led from the front by management but encouraged across the company with the organization matching charitable giving and helping to support initiatives that are important to the AXIA team members.

      Minpunten

      PTO and Time Off could be a little better but as it stands, there is a decent policy in place today.

      Pluspunten

      I work on a small team at this company. At other companies I have found that the work we do is valued, or the output exceeds what is feasible. Here at AXIA, I feel like I can truly balance my the work I do with my team with the expectations from stakeholders and my superiors. In fact, leadership is actively involved in what we do to make sure we are getting the support and resources we need to fulfill the goals we have. Leadership recognizes the value of our work from big projects to small projects. Multiple times I have received messages with commending my work or the work of my team from the C-Suite. It is a very rare thing to feel that your work is making a difference and to receive recognition for that on an individual level as well as throughout an organization. This energy carries into career growth opportunities, benefits, and more.

      I honestly can't think of cons. Working with my team is great and my director is super willing to support.
