      Everything about the company is pro. People, culture, interview process. If you get an opportunity then do join and also Senior management is totally supportive and helps in all aspects.

      Minpunten

      There is no con with this company. Everything is just great. Though I believe that there is always room for improvement in anything. But thinking of things to improve here it becomes so difficult because all you see around is Positive and goody.

      1.) You will learn a lot along with the students 2.) You will get a good stipend 3.) I worked as a Leader and guided my team towards success so I learned about leadership qualities. 4.) If you know what you are going to teach then you need to work for 4-6 hours a day(approx.). 5.) The subject matter experts made my life much easier during the internship period. 6.) It made some of my concepts much clearer when I taught those concepts to students. 7.) The students will get good projects that they can add in their CV. 8.) 24*7 support is given to the students.

      Minpunten

      1.) The time for work is not fixed. 2.) Some of the instructors don't have proper knowledge. 3.) Sometimes, there was a communication gap between instructor and management due to which many last minute decisions were made
