The Founder and the team actually care about you. It wasn't long before I felt like one of the gang. They take the time to invest in you as a person and encourage career growth. I walked in with a smile on my face everyday. If you want to work for a company where you feel as your work is meaningful, then Acadia is the company for you. There are not many places that the CEO would give you her personal time in order to help you grow.
