High pressure job. No automomy over when or how the job role is performed. Very restrictive roster system in place. Short staffed. Minimal recognition from management as to pressures of role. Organisation currently going through a ‘transition’ period and many good, knowledgeable and valuable staff are leaving. There are some good local managers but they have minimal control. Review of former employee from Cardiff is unfortunately very relatable.
