Accelerated has faced a lot of change over the past few years…and I mean a lot of change, from the President all the way down. And, I'm happy to say it's been for the best! Managers and HR work really hard to get to know their employees and they really do try to make it feel like a TEAM. This isn't something you see too much in the business world. They have really cool ways of keeping in touch with all of their employees through several different communication methods. Employees can even signup to get mass company texts! Who does that now a days?! Another great change is that Accelerated is working harder to promote from within. It makes you feel more connected to know there's room to grow and that you're not just another employee, but an important part of a Team. Accelerated even has their own motto…"Better Every Day".
